Our Vision

Where It All Began

“As a Cambodian, I love my country, it’s people and the food. As a mother of three beautiful children, I love caring for them, and raising them with good, healthy and local food, prepared under hygienic cooking conditions.

This is the vision I also have for Eleven One Kitchen which I’ve founded back in 2014, with the aim to provide delicious and healthy Khmer food without the use of MSG, suitable for the western palate. I deeply care for our environment and am determined to find alternatives to plastic use in my restaurants whenever possible. Together with my family and staff, we give our best day after day to train local staff, provide the best healthy and hygienic Khmer food, and choose to reduce the use of plastic. Why? Because we care for you and our environment.”
